Homburger advised Credit Suisse AG in connection with the issuance of CHF 175 m Bonds by Metropolitan Life

Metropolitan Life Global Funding I issued CHF 175 m Bonds in the form of a Funding Agreement Backed (FAB) bond. Credit Suisse AG acted as lead manager, together with BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA and Deutsche Bank AG London Branch, acting through Deutsche Bank AG Zurich Branch. The Bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

Homburger acted as counsel to Credit Suisse AG. The Homburger team was co-led by partner Benjamin Leisinger and counsel Eduard De Zordi (both Capital Markets).
