Homburger advised coparion in the seed investment round of Veertly
On October 5, 2021, coparion GmbH & Co KG, a venture capital fund specializing in technology-driven start-ups, together with Ronald Strässler, co-founder of Avaloq, and business angels Hartmut Carl, Stephan Thalmann, Sebastian Amme and Peter Kessel participated in a seed investment round of Veertly SA.
Veertly is a European platform for virtual and hybrid events and digital collaboration. The financing serves to accelerate growth by investing in the areas of sales and marketing as well as in the further development of Veertly’s product innovations.
Homburger has advised coparion GmbH & Co. KG in its investment.
