Homburger advised Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. in Barry Callebaut’s 2 bn borrowing base facilities agreement

On April 13, 2026, Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., as coordinator, and others entered into an EUR 2 bn English law-governed borrowing base facilities agreement with, among others, Barry Callebaut Services NV as borrower and Barry Callebaut AG as guarantor, which recently completed. The facility is secured by certain assets of, among others, Barry Callebaut Sourcing AG and Barry Callebaut Cocoa AG.

Homburger acted as legal counsel to Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. with respect to all aspects of Swiss law.
