Homburger advised BlueVoyant in the creation of a new Swiss cyber-defense joint venture with ELCA

On January 11, 2022, BlueVoyant and the Swiss IT provider ELCA announced the creation of a new cyber-defense joint venture: Senthorus. Senthorus, a joint venture powered by cyber defense company BlueVoyant, will operate a new, Switzerland-based SOC (Security Operations Center). This will allow clients to benefit from state-of-the-art protection from a Swiss company, keeping customer data in Switzerland.

Homburger advised BlueVoyant in all aspects relating to the transaction and the establishment of the new Swiss joint venture.
