Homburger advised Baker Hughes on its acquisition of GE Inspection Robotics

On October 1, 2020, Baker Hughes acquired GE Inspection Robotics AG, a Swiss-based joint venture of General Electric and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich specializing in the development of mobile inspection robots for large-scale power generation and industrial processing facilities.

Homburger acted as legal advisor to Baker Hughes in this matter. The responsible partner was Claude Lambert (Corporate / M&A) and the team, led by associate Daniel Häusermann (Corporate / M&A), included counsel Peter Müller (Tax), associate Marc Bircher (Employment and Executive Compensation) and junior associate Daniel Madani (Corporate / M&A).
