Global Restructuring Review lists Benjamin Leisinger in its global ranking of leading young practitioners

Benjamin Leisinger, associate at Homburger, has been listed in Global Restructuring Review’s “40 Under 40” survey of the leading young practitioners in the field of insolvency and restructuring law. The 40 Under 40 survey of the world’s leading young insolvency and restructuring lawyers features specialists from 29 law firms and sets across 16 cities around the world. This survey features only two lawyers from Switzerland.Benjamin Leisinger is a member of Homburger’s Financial Services as well as Restructuring / Insolvency practice teams. His work focuses on banking, finance and capital markets law, while his areas of expertise also include corporate and commercial law. He regularly advises on national as well as international bank insolvency and bank restructuring regulations, including aspects of TLAC and bail-in.The Global Restructuring Review is the newest imprint of independent legal publisher Law Business Research. The survey was based on a shortlist of recommendations from the editorial board and the lawyers in the restructuring database of Who’s Who Legal which has been further elaborated considering feedback from independent referees.
