Georg Naegeli elected Judge to the Court of Cassation of the Canton of Zurich

Homburger is pleased to announce that Georg Naegeli has been elected by the parliament of the Canton of Zurich as a member of the Court of Cassation of the Canton of Zurich. The Court of Cassation is the highest court at the cantonal level. In addition to this new task, Georg Naegeli will continue to practise as a Partner in Homburger’s Litigation / Arbitration Team.
