Four new partners at Homburger

The partners of Homburger are pleased to announce that Daniel Haeberli, Andri Hess, Reto Heuberger and David Oser became partners of the firm as of January 1, 2009.

Daniel Haeberlistudied law at the University of Zurich and at the New York University School of Law and joined Homburger in 2001. His practice focuses on financial services and collective investment regulations, derivatives, structured products and international bond offerings as well as syndicated debt financing.

Andri Hessstudied law at the University of Zurich and at the University of Virginia School of Law and joined Homburger in 1999. His practice focuses on intellectual property rights and related laws, such as pharmaceutical law. He has extensive experience in representing clients in related litigation matters in a broad range of technical and industrial fields and within international contexts.

Reto Heuberger studied law at the University of Berne and at the New York University School of Law and joined Homburger in 2002. His practice focuses on international tax law, particularly tax planning and structuring of transactions, acquisitions, reorganizations and relocations.
David Oserstudied law at the University of Basel and at the Columbia Law School in New York and joined Homburger in 2003. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, particularly crossborder transactions, and on capital market and general corporate law matters.
