Flavio Romerio new Managing Partner of Homburger

The partners of Homburger have appointed Flavio Romerio as new Managing Partner of the firm. He succeeds Daniel Daeniker, who will become Senior Partner.

Flavio Romerio has been partner of Homburger since 2002 and has chaired the White Collar & Investigations practice for over 10 years. He has also spearheaded the efforts of the firm in digital transformation. Daniel Daeniker continues to advise in Corporate Law / M&A and capital markets.
