Daniel Häusermann appointed as private reader by the University of St. Gallen

Homburger associate Daniel Häusermann has been awarded the degree of a private reader (Privatdozent) for private and commercial law by the University of St. Gallen. His book titled “Gestaltungsfreiheit im Recht der Publikumsgesellschaft” (“Contractual freedom in the law of the public corporation”) will be published in August 2015 by Dike Verlag (Zurich) and Nomos (Baden-Baden).Daniel Häusermann holds degrees from the University of St. Gallen and Harvard Law School and teaches at the University of St. Gallen on a regular basis. At Homburger, Daniel Häusermann focuses his practice primarily on corporate law, financial markets law, real estate law, and mergers and acquisitions.
