ASA Below 40 appointed Melissa Magliana as new co-chair

The Swiss Arbitration Association’s under-40s group ASA Below 40 recently announced the appointment of Melissa Magliana as its new co-chair.Magliana is qualified in New York holds full legal degrees from universities in both the United States and Switzerland. She has long-standing experience working in both legal systems. Magliana, who is a citizen of the US, Switzerland and Italy, joined Homburger’s Litigation / Arbitration team in 2005 and was promoted to counsel in 2012. Her practice focuses above all on international commercial arbitration and cross-border disputes.
