Homburger advised a large publicly listed Japanese insurance company with respect to its investment in a Swiss technology company

On October 25, 2019, Homburger’s client entered into an investment and subscription agreement relating to shares in a company developing technology solutions for health measurement. The transaction was closed on November 1, 2019.
