Homburger successfully represented Stöckli Swiss Sports in COMCO investigation

On September 5, 2019, the Swiss Competition Commission (COMCO) closed its investigation into Stöckli Swiss Sports AG (Stöckli). COMCO’s investigation focused on alleged vertical pricing and online sales restrictions with regard to Stöckli skiing equipment. After filing a leniency application, Stöckli successfully cooperated with COMCO, reaching a favorable settlement with a 70 % fine reduction. Moreover, as a first in Swiss antitrust law, COMCO issued a lower fine in its decision than provided for in the negotiated settlement.
