Homburger advises Temenos on the acquisition of additiv

On June 8, 2026, Temenos AG (SIX: TEMN), a global leader in banking technology, announced the acquisition of additiv AG, a Swiss fintech company providing a specialist platform to orchestrate financial services. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. The consideration will be paid c.50% in cash and c.50% in equity.
