Homburger advises SOPHiA GENETICS in its NASDAQ IPO

On July 23, 2021, SOPHiA GENETICS SA listed its shares on the Nasdaq Stock Market (ticker: SOPH). SOPHiA GENETICS is a healthcare technology company dedicated to establishing the practice of data-driven medicine as the standard of care and for life sciences research. Through its IPO, at USD 18.00 per share, SOPHiA GENETICS raises gross proceeds of USD 234 m.
