Homburger advises Siegfried on inaugural issuance of CHF 200 m 0.20% Senior Bonds

On May 18, 2021, Siegfried Holding AG successfully placed a CHF 200 m 0.20% Senior Bond due 2026. The bonds will be admitted for trading and listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The closing is expected to be June 15, 2021. UBS AG acts as lead manager.
