Homburger advises IKEA Centres in its divesture of a Swiss retail park to Helvetica Property

Helvetica Property Investors AG acquired from IKEA Centres in February 2018 a retail park in Rothenburg. IKEA Centres owns and develops meeting places all around the world, always next to an IKEA store.
