Homburger advises FNZ on the closing of its acquisition of Appway

On January 31, 2022, FNZ, the leading global wealth management platform, has completed the acquisition of Appway, the leader in client onboarding and servicing for financial institutions.

Homburger AG acted as Swiss counsel to FNZ in this transaction.
