Homburger advises Bergé Auto in acquisition of Nissan distribution business in Switzerland

On October 28, 2021, Bergé Auto announced that it has reached an agreement with Nissan Center Europe GmbH to become the importer of new Nissan vehicles, parts and services in Switzerland. The transaction is subject to clearance by the Swiss Competition Commission.

Homburger advises Bergé Auto on the Swiss law and tax aspects of the transaction.
