Homburger advised Zürcher Kantonalbank on the issuance of EUR 500 m 0.00 per cent bonds

On May 14, 2021, Zürcher Kantonalbank successfully issued EUR 500 m 0.00 per cent senior bonds due May 15, 2026. The bonds feature a denomination of EUR 100,000 and were placed with professional investors in the EEA by the syndicate consisting of BNP Paribas, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and Zürcher Kantonalbank. The bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
