Homburger advised UBS Switzerland AG on EUR 155 m credit facilities

Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG in its capacity as mandated lead arranger, original lender and agent in connection with a Swiss law-governed EUR 155,000,000 credit facilities agreement with Ronal AG as borrower and a syndicate of banks as lenders for refinancing and general corporate purposes of the group.

Ronal AG is a Swiss manufacturer of aluminum alloy wheels for cars and commercial vehicles as well as bathroom solutions.

The Homburger team comprised Jürg Frick and Nathalie Scherrer (both Financing and Investment Products) and Stefan Oesterhelt (Tax).
