Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, coordinator, agent, security agent and original lender and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. as mandated lead arranger and original lender as well as other syndicate banks as original lenders in connection with the CHF 87,250,000 and EUR 154,854,369 term and revolving credit facilities for Eraneos Group.
