Homburger advised UBS AG on its issuance of USD 2 bn in aggregate principal amount of senior notes under its Euro Note Programme
On February 9, 2021, UBS AG (UBS), acting through its London branch, successfully completed its issuance of USD 2 bn in aggregate principal amount of senior notes under its Euro Note Programme. Such senior notes consisted of USD 1 bn in aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes due February 2024 and USD 1 bn in aggregate principal amount of 0.45 per cent. Notes due February 2024.
