Homburger advised UBS AG on its issuance of approximately EUR 2.5 bn in aggregate principal amount of senior notes under its Euro Note Programme

On March 31, 2021, UBS AG (UBS), acting through its London branch, successfully completed its issuance of approximately EUR 2.5 bn in aggregate principal amount of senior notes under its Euro Note Programme. Such senior notes consisted of EUR 1.5 bn in aggregate principal amount of 0.01 per cent. Notes due March 2026, EUR 1 bn in aggregate principal amount of 0.5 per cent. Notes due March 2031 and GBP 500 m in aggregate principal amount of 0.625 per cent. Notes due December 2023.
