Homburger advised the Seller on the sale of a majority stake in Groupe 3R to private equity firm Naxicap Partners

On June 22, 2021, the founder and owner of Groupe 3R (Réseau Radiologique Romand SA) announced jointly with Naxicap Partners the sale of Groupe 3R to private equity firm Naxicap Partners. Groupe 3R is an independent Swiss radiology network with more than 160 health professionals in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

Homburger advised the Seller on this matter throughout the entire process.
