Homburger advised Tailored Blanks on the SERV Covered Export Credit Financing provided by Credit Suisse

Homburger acted as counsel to Arcelormittal Tailored Blanks Americas Corporation on a SERV insurance covered export credit financing transaction with Credit Suisse AG as Agent and Lender in relation to the financing of the delivery and installation of Soutrac and Soublate systems at production plants in Detroit (USA) and Silao (Mexico).
