Homburger advised Straumann Holding AG on its issuance of CHF 250 m fixed rate senior bonds

On October 3, 2025, Straumann Holding AG successfully completed its offering of CHF 250 m in aggregate nominal amount of 0.550 per cent. senior bonds.

The bonds are governed by Swiss law and have been admitted to trading and will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
