Homburger advised StoneX on the acquisition of Cotton Distributors Inc.

On November 1, 2022, StoneX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SNEX), a global financial services company, announced that it had acquired Cotton Distributors Inc. (CDI).

CDI operates a global cotton merchant business and is headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland with an office in Brazil.

Homburger advised StoneX as lead and Swiss counsel in this transaction.
