Homburger advised Paragon Partners GmbH in connection with the financing aspects of the acquisition of Sovendus GmbH

Homburger acted as counsel to Paragon Partners GmbH in connection with certain financing aspects of the acquisition of Sovendus GmbH. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, with additional offices throughout Europe, Sovendus GmbH offers its clients in the e-commerce sector a range of innovative, data-driven and artificial intelligence-powered marketing and customer retention solutions. In November 2020, Sovendus GmbH had acquired its Swiss competitor adfocus GmbH, which developed a network for e-commerce shops called Profity.

Homburger advised Paragon Partners GmbH with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction.
