Homburger advised Nice & Green SA and its founding shareholders on a minority growth investment by Artemis Group

On March 31, 2021, Nice & Green SA, an independent Switzerland-based provider of innovative alternative financing solutions for small and mid-sized listed companies headquartered in Nyon, Switzerland, announced a minority growth investment by Artemis Group, owned by Swiss entrepreneur Michael Pieper.

The capital raised will further support Nice & Green’s strong growth trajectory. It will enable Nice & Green to meet the continuously increasing demand for alternative financing solutions from existing and new clients, offer new financing instruments and accelerate expansion into target markets.

Homburger acted as counsel to Nice & Green and its founding shareholders in the transaction.
