On April 2, 2025, New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited successfully completed its issuance of CHF 220 m 0.77 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due April 2, 2032, guaranteed by certain Local Authorities.
The Notes were issued under New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited’s Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The Notes mark New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited’s debut issuance under its EMTN Programme and first issuance in CHF. The Notes are governed by English law and have been provisionally admitted to trading, and application has been made for definitive admission to trading and listing, on the SIX Swiss Exchange. UBS Investment Bank and BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA acted as Joint-Lead Managers.
