Homburger advised M&G with regard to the CHF 600 m equity round of Climeworks

On April 5, 2022, Climeworks, a Swiss company that has pioneered direct air capture technology and is the most advanced industry player, with the world’s largest direct air capture and storage plant launched in 2021, announced that it had signed an equity round of CHF 600 m. M&G, the international savings and investment business (LSE:MNG), is among the named investors in the equity round.
