On December 11, 2020, CRISPR Therapeutics AG, a leading gene editing company based in Zug, Switzerland, focusing on developing transformative gene-based medicines for serious diseases based on its proprietary CRISPR/Cas9 technology, and Jefferies LLC, as agent, announced subsequent sales under an open market sale agreement of shares in CRISPR Therapeutics AG having an aggregate offering price of up to USD 350 m.
