Homburger advised Implenia in an amendment, restatement and increase of a Revolving Credit Facilities Agreement

Homburger advised Implenia in an amendment and restatement of a multicurrency revolving credit facilities agreement, including an increase of the aggregate principal amount to CHF 800 m. The financing comprises two revolving credit facilities each with a five-year term and two optional one-year extensions. The syndicate consists of UBS Switzerland AG, Credit Suisse (Switzerland) AG, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft as mandated lead arrangers, UBS Switzerland AG as agent and a consortium of eighteen Swiss banks as lenders.

Implenia is Switzerland’s leading construction and construction services company with a strong footprint in the German, Austrian and Scandinavian infrastructure markets. Implenia employs around 10,000 people in Europe and posted revenue of around CHF 3.9 bn in 2017. The company is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (Ticker: IMPN / ISIN: CH0023868554).
