Homburger advised GLOBOGATE concept AG and its shareholders on the investment by Deutsche Invest Capital Solutions

On December 19, 2022, the investment of Deutsche Invest Capital Solutions (DICS) in GLOBOGATE concept AG in Zug, Switzerland (GLOBOGATE) was announced.

GLOBOGATE is a leading risk and process management provider and pioneer in recruitment of nursing professionals from non-EU countries, working together with more than 200 care and healthcare companies in Germany. DICS enters as a new shareholder and value-add investor to help accelerate GLOBOGATE’s already impressive growth.
