On July 7, 2026, Givaudan SA, a global leader in fragrance and beauty, announced an equity investment and strategic collaboration with Microcaps AG to strengthen its encapsulation capabilities. The collaboration unites Givaudan’s fragrance formulation expertise with Microcaps’ patented precision microencapsulation technology.
