Homburger advised General Catalyst on its growth equity financing of SonarSource

On April 26, 2022, SonarSource, the leading platform for clean code, announced a growth equity financing by General Catalyst, Advent International, Insight Partners, and Permira’s Growth Opportunities Fund. The financing raised USD 412 m in new investment and values SonarSource at USD 4.7 bn. SonarSource will use the investment to grow its go-to-market team globally as the company drives toward USD 1 bn in revenue.
