Homburger advised FNZ on the acquisition of Appway

On December 7, 2021, FNZ, the leading global wealth management platform, announced the acquisition of Appway AG, a leading global low code no code workflow automation platform with an award winning customer onboarding solution for financial institutions.

Homburger acted as Swiss counsel to FNZ in this transaction.
