Homburger advised finpair GmbH in connection with Gorilla Sports Group's new Schuldschein Loans

Homburger acted as counsel to finpair GmbH in its capacity as arranger in connection with the issuance of certain Schuldschein Loans to Gorilla Sports Holding AG. Founded in 2018 on the initiative of Norddeutsche Landesbank, finpair GmbH, a German fintech company, operates a digital one-stop platform for the issuance of Schuldschein Loans. Gorilla Sports Group offers a wide range of fitness items and is active in 24 countries around the globe.

Homburger advised finpair GmbH with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction.
