Homburger acted as lead counsel to Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. in its capacity as mandated lead arranger, agent, security agent and original lender in connection with the amendment and restatement of the syndicated credit facilities of Carbogen Amcis. Carbogen Amcis is a member of the Dishman Carbogen Amcis Group which is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company specialized in the manufacture of active ingredients and contract development and manufacturing.

Homburger advised Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and the other syndicate banks with regard to all legal aspects of this financing.
