Homburger advised Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. in connection with Accelleron's credit facilities agreement

On September 30, 2022, Accelleron Industries AG and Turbo Systems Schweiz AG entered into a CHF 450 m credit facilities agreement with Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. as mandated lead arranger, agent and original lender.

Homburger advised Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. with regard to all legal aspects of the financing transaction.
