Homburger advised Credit Suisse on CHF 210 m Swiss Covered Bonds Issuance

On June 29, 2022, Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. issued an aggregate of CHF 210 m of covered bonds. The new series, CHF 210 m 1.875 per cent. Fixed-Rate Covered Bonds due 2026, has been issued under its newly updated Swiss Covered Bonds Programme and will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
