Homburger advised Credit Suisse AG in connection with the issuance of CHF 450 m Bonds by Goldman Sachs

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. issued CHF 450 m Bonds on May 11, 2021. Credit Suisse AG acted as lead manager, together with Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and Goldman Sachs International. The Bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
