Homburger advised Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. on a multicurrency credit facilities agreement

On November 25, 2024, Global TIP Holdings Two B.V. as company and Global TIP Finance B.V. as borrower entered into an implementation agreement with ABN AMRO Bank N.V., acting as agent, and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., acting as security agent, under their existing borrowing base multicurrency credit facilities agreement originally dated December 20, 2018. As part of this transaction, the maturity of the revolving credit facilities and the borrowing base was extended.
