Homburger acted as counsel to Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arrangers in connection with the financing of the acquisition of the BP retail station network in Austria by volenergy AG, one of Switzerland’s leading companies in the supply of liquid energy solutions. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the competent competition authorities.

Homburger advised Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and UBS Switzerland AG with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction.
