Homburger advised Blue Owl Capital Corporation on the financing of Vista Equity Partners’ acquisition of Nexthink

Homburger acted as counsel to Blue Owl Capital Corporation as administrative and collateral agent in connection with a secured credit facility to finance, in part, Vista Equity Partners’ acquisition of a majority stake in Nexthink SA.

Nexthink is a leading digital employee experience management company dual-headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland and Boston, Massachusetts.

Homburger advised Blue Owl Capital Corporation with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction.
