Homburger advised ARYZTA AG with regard to its EUR 500 m multicurrency revolving credit facility

Homburger acted as counsel to ARYZTA AG in its capacity as borrower in connection with its EUR 500 m multicurrency revolving credit facility, arranged and underwritten by Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and UBS Switzerland AG. The facility agreement was signed on September 28, 2021.

Homburger advised ARYZTA AG with regard to all Swiss legal aspects of the financing transaction.
