Homburger advised AMAG Leasing AG on the CHF 125 m in aggregate principal amount of 0.21% Bonds 2021–2024 (Tranche A) and CHF 125 m in aggregate principal amount of 0.525% Bonds 2021–2026 (Tranche B)
The Bonds have been provisionally admitted to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange on October 25, 2021.
