Homburger advised Allgemeine Baugenossenschaft Zürich (ABZ) on its issuance of CHF 120 m total nominal amount of 0.25% Sustainability Bonds 2021-2031

On August 31, 2021, Allgemeine Baugenossenschaft Zürich (ABZ), a non-profit housing cooperative, successfully launched and priced its issuance of CHF 120 m total nominal amount of 0.25% Sustainability Bonds 2021-2031. The bonds have been offered in full compliance with the Financial Services Act. Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as sole lead manager. Application will be made for the listing of the bonds on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Closing is expected on September 30, 2021.
