On June 12, 2025, ADC Therapeutics SA (NYSE: ADCT), a commercial-stage biotechnology company headquartered in Switzerland, announced the private placement of 13.0 m common shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase 15.7 m common shares, raising aggregate gross proceeds of USD 100 m.
